Sarah is Managing Director of Business Post Events & iQuest. Prior to taking up the position in January 2019, Sarah was a Director of The Irish Post Media Group based in London, where she was based for almost 10 years. She played the leading role in the re-establishment of the highly acclaimed and televised Irish Post Awards and a pivotal part in the establishment of the media organisation’s corporate network, business magazine series and events portfolio.
Dublin native Sarah relocated back to Ireland from London to run the events business in the capital and is living in Rathmines. She holds a BA in Business Studies and French from Trinity College Dublin and an MA in Events, Marketing & Management from London Metropolitan University. She is Chair of the Dublin Board of the British & Irish Trading Alliance.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys running, power lifting, signing up for ridiculous challenges and a lot of eating out to keep the balance!
Michael is the founder and Chairman of iQuest. He has a wealth of experience in the events industry having held senior management positions with one of the world’s leading conference and exhibition companies, Terrapinn. At various times he held the positions of managing director of Terrapinn’s businesses in Mexico, New Zealand, Australia and UK. Most recently, Michael is a past chief executive of The Irish Direct Marketing Association.
Outside of iQuest, Michael is passionate about Arsenal football club and his golf. He plays off a 6 handicap, which might sound pretty impressive but according to his colleagues is actually pretty lame considering the amount he plays.
Hilary has worked alongside iQuest on various events since 2003. Having worked as Operations Director with The Sunday Business Post Property Expo for 6 years, Hilary also co-published an Irish antiques and fine art magazine during this time. She also works as Operations Director of The Music Show, which is organised by Hot Press.
Hailing from Cross, Co. Mayo, Hilary has a BA in English and Art History from UCD.
She lives in Dublin city with her husband and young daughters and looks forward to one day returning to her hobbies of old: eating out and catching up with friends!
Marion has worked with iQuest since the company was founded in 2001. She has held a range of sales and marketing roles in financial services and database marketing solutions in the UK. Prior to joining iQuest, she was Account Director at Creative Solutions, a sales promotion and direct marketing agency in Dublin.
Since joining iQuest, Marion has managed a range of our events – Marketing, CRM, Occupational Health & Safety, Healthcare, Waste Management, Information Security and Cloud Computing.
Marion lives in Kilkenny & is kept busy in her “spare” time with twin sons, Harry and Daniel.
Wayne has over 20 years experience in Sales and Sales Management. He has also wide experience in Event Management, Radio Advertising/Sponsorships and Promotions, Sponsorship and Marketing, Publishing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Video Production, Website Consultancy and e-Learning.
An avid Blues Harmonica player and a ‘once every decade actor’, Wayne is married with 4 daughters, (Wayne seeks solace at work).
Customer Sales Manager
A marketing graduate, Jackie joined iQuest in 2013. Prior to this, she spent 8 years working in sales and marketing in the good old US of A. Jackie is iQuest’s Customer Sales and Relations Manager meaning she is definitely the person you need to speak to if you are looking for a deal!
A Rossie native, living in Offaly, when not deal making, or being kept busy by her 3 boys (husband and 2 sons!), she loves nothing more than lacing up and going for a good run.
Suzanne joined iQuest in 2002 after 6 years of working in various B2B Marketing roles. She has extensive knowledge and experience gained within the conferencing business with particular focus on programme development, sponsorship and integrated marcoms.
She holds a BA, HDip in Business Studies and Diploma in Marketing. Suzanne is responsible for the management of The National Water Summit, National Emergency Management Summit, The National Renewable Energy Summit and The National Health Summit.
Suzanne recently left her native Dublin to move to the so-called ‘real capital’, where she is kept busy with her two young children.
